01 Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for all products and services offered by Arb Digital Marketing Agency, operated by Arbsbuy LLC (United States), through websarb.com.

We offer four types of products, each with its own refund terms: Digital Marketing Services, Project-Based Services (web design and app development), eBook Store purchases, and Academy Course enrollments. Please read the relevant section carefully before making a purchase or engaging a service.

02 Digital Marketing Services

Arb Digital Marketing Agency offers the following monthly digital marketing services on a month-to-month basis:

SEO Services, Local SEO, Technical SEO, E-commerce SEO, Enterprise SEO, Link Building, Google Ads Management, Facebook & Instagram Ads, YouTube Advertising, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Copywriting, Affiliate Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Web Design & Development (ongoing retainer), WooCommerce Management, Reputation Management, and App Development (ongoing retainer).

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any monthly service at any time with 30 days written notice sent to support@websarb.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No penalty or cancellation fee applies.

Refund Terms

Monthly service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced for that billing period. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access to the service and all deliverables for the remainder of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle.

Exception — Service Not Delivered

If Arb Digital Marketing Agency fails to commence or deliver the agreed service within the stated timeframe through no fault of the client, a full refund of the affected billing period will be issued. Refund requests under this exception must be submitted within 14 days of the missed delivery date.

03 Web Design & App Development Projects

One-time project services — including web design & development, WooCommerce store development, and mobile app development — follow a milestone payment structure.

Payment Structure

  • 30% Deposit — Due before work begins. Covers initial planning, research, wireframing, and resource allocation.
  • 40% Mid-Project — Due upon reaching the agreed mid-project milestone (design approval or development checkpoint).
  • 30% Final Payment — Due upon delivery of the completed project.

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, any work completed to date will be delivered to the client. Hours worked will be invoiced at an agreed rate, up to the value of the next unpaid milestone.

04 eBook Store — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All eBooks sold on websarb.com are digital products delivered instantly via download link. Due to the nature of digital goods — which cannot be “returned” once downloaded — all eBook sales are final and non-refundable after the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded.

No refunds after download. Once a download link has been clicked or the eBook file has been accessed, the sale is final. This applies to all eBook titles across all categories sold on websarb.com.

EU Customers — Waiver of Withdrawal Right

For customers in the European Union and United Kingdom: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(m)), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to digital content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you waive this 14-day withdrawal right, as the digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase. This waiver is confirmed at checkout via the pre-purchase consent checkbox.

Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical delivery failure — If your download link does not work and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued
  • Duplicate purchase — If you accidentally purchased the same eBook twice, we will refund the duplicate charge
  • Materially misdescribed product — If the eBook content is significantly different from what was described on the product page, contact us within 7 days of purchase

To request a refund under an exception, email support@websarb.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and details of the issue.

Amazon KDP & Etsy Purchases

eBooks purchased through Amazon KDP or Etsy are subject to those platforms’ own refund policies. We cannot process refunds for purchases made on third-party platforms. Please contact the platform directly for refund assistance.

05 Academy Courses — 14-Day Refund Policy

Academy courses on websarb.com are digital educational products. Once course content has been accessed, the product has been delivered and all course sales are non-refundable.

No refunds once course content has been accessed. If you have viewed any lesson, module, or course material, the sale is final.

EU Customers — Waiver of Withdrawal Right

For EU and UK customers: By enrolling in a course and requesting immediate access to course content, you explicitly waive your 14-day withdrawal right under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m). This waiver is confirmed at checkout.

Exception — Before Accessing Any Content

✅ If you have enrolled in a paid course but have not accessed any content whatsoever, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Email support@websarb.com within 24 hours with your enrollment details and we will process the refund.

Technical Issues

If you are unable to access course content due to a technical issue on our end, contact support@websarb.com immediately. We will resolve the issue within 48 hours. If we are unable to provide access, a full refund will be issued.

Free Courses

Free Academy courses require no payment and are therefore not subject to any refund policy. They may be accessed and discontinued at any time without charge.

06 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Monthly digital marketing service fees for a billing period already commenced
  • The 30% initial deposit for project-based services once work has begun
  • Milestone payments for completed and delivered project work
  • Academy courses where any course content has been accessed
  • eBook purchases where the download link has been accessed
  • Third-party advertising spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads budgets) — these are paid directly to the advertising platform and are not refundable by Arb Digital
  • Domain registration, hosting, or third-party software fees paid on behalf of the client
  • Rush or expedited service fees

07 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

💡 Important — Checkout Checkbox: At checkout on websarb.com, all digital product purchases include a required consent checkbox: “I understand that digital products are non-refundable after download/access and I agree to the Refund Policy.” Completing a purchase confirms your agreement. Stripe and PayPal will side with sellers in chargeback disputes when this consent is on record.

Full name, email address used for purchase, order/invoice number, product or service name, and reason for refund request

Refund processed to original payment method

Approved refunds are returned to the original Stripe or PayPal account used for purchase within 5–10 business days

08 Refund Processing Time

  • Review & Approval — We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days
  • Stripe Refunds — Processed within 5–10 business days. Funds appear in your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time (usually 3–5 additional business days)
  • PayPal Refunds — Processed within 3–5 business days. Funds are returned to your PayPal balance immediately, or to your bank/card within 5–7 business days depending on payment method used
  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or account

09 Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at support@websarb.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly without the need for a formal dispute.

If a chargeback is filed without prior contact and the purchase does not meet our refund criteria, we reserve the right to:

  • Dispute the chargeback with documented evidence of service delivery
  • Immediately suspend access to all purchased products and services associated with the account
  • Recover any associated chargeback fees from the client

Filing a fraudulent chargeback for a product or service that was delivered as agreed may constitute fraud and be reported to the relevant authorities.

10 Changes to This Policy

Arbsbuy LLC reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date on this page. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of websarb.com or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
