Arb Digital Marketing Agency, operated by Arbsbuy LLC (United States), respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This policy explains our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims relating to content on websarb.com — including blog articles, eBooks, Academy courses, images, and all other published material.

01 Introduction

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a US federal law that provides a process for copyright holders to request the removal of infringing content from websites. It also provides a process for website operators to report and remove infringing content while maintaining a “safe harbour” from liability.

Arb Digital Marketing Agency takes copyright infringement seriously — both in protecting our own content and in respecting the rights of third-party copyright holders. If you believe that any content on websarb.com infringes your copyright, please follow the process outlined in Section 4 of this policy.

Conversely, if you believe that content you own or have created has been wrongly removed from websarb.com following a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice as described in Section 5.

02 Our Copyright — Content We Own

All original content published on websarb.com is the intellectual property of Arbsbuy LLC and is protected under applicable copyright law. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • All blog articles, guides, and educational content published on the Arb Digital Blog
  • All eBooks authored and published by Arb Digital Marketing Agency, available on websarb.com, Amazon KDP, and Etsy
  • All Academy course content — video scripts, written materials, worksheets, and course structure
  • Website design, layout, graphics, icons, and visual elements created for websarb.com
  • Marketing copy, service descriptions, and promotional content on websarb.com
  • The Arb Digital logo, brand name, and associated brand assets

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, display, or sale of any content from websarb.com is strictly prohibited and may result in a DMCA takedown notice, legal action, or both. If you wish to use our content, contact us at support@websarb.com for written permission.

03 Designated DMCA Agent

In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), Arbsbuy LLC has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement:

All DMCA notices must be submitted in writing via email to support@websarb.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice”. Notices that do not comply with the requirements in Section 4 will not be processed.

04 How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on their behalf) and believe that content on websarb.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include all of the following elements as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf

Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is acceptable as an electronic signature)

Processing Your Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, Arb Digital Marketing Agency will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 5 business days
  • Review the notice for completeness and validity
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the notice is valid
  • Notify the person who posted the content (if identifiable) that it has been removed
  • Provide the alleged infringer with a copy of the takedown notice (with your contact details, unless you request confidentiality)

05 DMCA Counter-Notice

If your content was removed from websarb.com following a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was made in error or that you have the right to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

Required Elements — DMCA Counter-Notice

Good faith statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

Jurisdiction consent: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the USA, any judicial district in which Arbsbuy LLC may be found

Service of process consent: A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice

Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature

Processing Your Counter-Notice

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, Arb Digital Marketing Agency will:

  • Forward a copy of your counter-notice to the original complainant
  • Inform the complainant that the removed content will be restored within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action against you
  • Restore the removed content within 10–14 business days if no court action is filed

06 Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, Arb Digital Marketing Agency maintains a repeat infringer policy. Users, subscribers, or account holders who are found to be repeat infringers of third-party copyright will have their accounts terminated and access to websarb.com services permanently revoked.

A “repeat infringer” is defined as any user who has received more than one valid DMCA takedown notice relating to content they posted, uploaded, or distributed through websarb.com or its services.

07 Protecting Your Own Content

If you discover that content from websarb.com — including blog articles, eBook content, course materials, or any other material — has been copied, republished, or used without authorisation on another website, you may wish to:

  • Contact the infringing site directly — request removal of the infringing content via their contact page
  • Submit a DMCA notice to their hosting provider — use Whois.com to identify the hosting provider and submit a takedown notice
  • Submit a Google DMCA removal request — use Google’s Legal Removal Request tool to have infringing content removed from Google Search results
  • Register your copyright — for US creators, registering copyright with the US Copyright Office strengthens your legal position
  • Consult a copyright attorney — for significant infringement, consider seeking legal advice on enforcement options

08 False Claims Warning

⚠️ Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages — including costs and legal fees — incurred by Arbsbuy LLC or any alleged infringer as a result of the false claim. Submit DMCA notices only when you have a genuine, good-faith belief that infringement has occurred.

Arb Digital Marketing Agency reserves the right to seek damages from individuals who submit fraudulent or bad-faith DMCA notices intended to remove lawful content from websarb.com.

Arb Digital Marketing Agency reserves the right to update this DMCA Policy at any time to reflect changes in law, best practices, or our operations. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date on this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
